兹通知，自2019年05月01日起，对于从中国（包括香港和台湾）出口的所有货物，我司将调整危险品误申报费至USD15000 / 箱，具体适用情形如下：

This serves to advise that the Hazardous Cargo Misdeclaration Fee will be adjusted to USD15,000 per container with effective from 1st May 2019 for all shipments from Greater China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), in the event of violation to any of below conditions.

1. 危险品申报必须在订舱阶段进行并且取得船公司的批准，提单/提单样本与所提交的危险品申报信息之间出现的任何不符，将会产生危险品误申报费。此罚金不会以任何方式限制由于误申报而产生的其它罚款或费用，并由发货人承担。

A DGD (Dangerous Good Declaration) must be submitted and approved prior to booking being confirmed by the Line. Any inconsistencies between the master bill of lading / shipping instruction and submitted DGD will result in a Hazardous Cargo Misdeclaration Fee. Such penalty fee will not limit in any way other fines/costs, etc., associated with the misdeclaration and it will be for the shippers account.

1. 如果以非危险品申报订舱的货柜在离港后发现实属危险品，将会产生危险品误申报费。此罚金不会以任何方式限制由于瞒报漏报而产生的其它罚款或费用，并由发货人承担。

In case a container is booked as non-hazardous and upon departure is found to be hazardous cargo. Such penalty fee will not limit in any way other fines/costs, etc., associated with the non-declaration of the hazardous cargo and it will be for shipper account.
