Dear booking agent, 

Receiving latest requirement from U.S. Intermodal Department and Canada Import Department, all DG import to U.S. and Canada will need POD Emergency Contacts and Phone Number.

Need your kindly attention and following up strictly pls , tks ~

1, Please provide U.S. and Canada Emergency Contact and Phone Number when placing SO if DG booking POD is U.S. & Canada.

2, The Emergency Contact and Phone Number also need to be shown on DGD item 9.

3, Please ensure the Emergency Contact are valid and 24hrs available.

（请务必确保该联系电话24小时可接通）

4, Above requirement will be effective from April 6 2022. For already confirmed booking , no need to rebook, please follow point 2 & 3.

（该规定将自2022年4月6日开始起效，目前已经确认的订舱无需重订，但请在提交DGD阶段遵循第二和第三点）
