接目的港通知，自7月份开始孟加拉国开始全面实行新预报舱单的规定，该新规定要求承运人必须在最后一个停靠港启港前24小时，完成提交进口舱单事宜。

最后一个停靠港启港后，目的港将不能更改海关舱单；

如需更改提单内容，请先通知CNEE 更改海关舱单资料，由于更改海关舱单造成的一切责任/风险/费用均由CNEE承担！望周知，谢谢~
