In line with the United Nations actions and view of the situation in North Korea, the European Union and the Swiss authorities have tightened their sanctions regime against North Korea.

针对朝鲜当前局势以及联合国对北朝鲜作出的相关政策规定，欧盟和瑞士当局对朝鲜采取了严格的制裁政策。

Herein we reinforce that,

在此我们强调：

MSC must refrain from entering in any transaction which involves, directly or indirectly North Korea, including:

MSC不会也不能直接或间接地参与任何与北朝鲜有关的事务：

o   cargoes originated in this country, carried onward to a third country and loaded elsewhere (even though MSC is not involved in the backward transportation).

货物产地属于北朝鲜，不论起运港和目的港是哪个国家，MSC都不会接受运送该票货物。

o   cargoes discharged elsewhere but intended for North Korea (even though MSC is not involved in the onward transportation).

卸货港虽然不在北朝鲜，但货物最终会运往北朝鲜，即使是客户自己安排转运，MSC也不会接受该票货物。

o   No in-transit clause to North Korea is added on the BL, none of the parties is located in North Korea, and no reference is made to North Korea in any fields of the BL.

提单不能显示转运至北朝鲜的条款，所有提单方的地址不能在北朝鲜，提单的任何一栏都不能显示与北朝鲜有关的信息。
